SHIPMENTS

The cost of shipping will depend on the delivery address and the size of the order, and will inform the customer when contacting by email, or by telephone to confirm the products and prices of the order, although previously the system will charge the expenditure sending at least 12 euros of shipping up to 25 kilos.

Delivery time in Spain Peninsular is 24 - 72 working hours. If you order on Friday, the delivery will be made in the next 48-72 hours, starting Monday, the same applies when the order is placed in festive.

Products are shipped to the address indicated by the customer during placing the order. In order to optimize the delivery, invite the buyer to indicate a direction in which the order can be working from Monday to Friday from 8.30 am to 20.00 delivered.

If the carrier tried to deliver the package and there was no one to receive it, he will leave a note stating the delivery attempt. Please contact the transport agency as soon as possible via the telephone number found on the note, in order to arrange a new delivery.

If in this second installment was no one to receive it, it will leave a note recorded again by the second delivery attempt. Thereafter, your order will remain in the office of the transit agency for 15 days.

Having passed these days, your order will be returned to our warehouse.

Transport companies do not deliver goods on Saturdays or holidays.

In www.bolsosflora.com we ship your orders safely in appropriate packaging for this purpose. In the case of receiving a damaged product by transport must claim immediately to the carrier. Then you must provide the status of the order through our e-mail info@bolsosflora.com indicating the order number and the problem presented. Upon receipt of the incident will be dealt a new shipment for free after being confirmed by the transport agency.

RETURNS

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order, to return it. (According to art. 44 of Law 7/1996 of 15 January Retail Trade amended by Law 47/2002, of 19 December, modified again BOE Law 3/2014 of 27 March.) . No person may exercise the right of return if there are indications that the products have been opened, tampered with or exposed to inappropriate conditions. Mandatory return is properly protected in their original packaging, in perfect condition for resale products.

You can not accept any package that lacks some of the elements sender identification (name, address, order number). The return of the ordered products will lead to reimbursement of all sums paid by the User.

Shipping costs are borne by the customer as well as the return.

Excluded from this case those returns resulting from our error or a defect of the product. In this case, www.bolsosbenini.es agrees to exchange the defective product with the same or the amount will be refunded. It will also be responsible for the cost of return and subsequent shipment.

The repayment of the amounts in case of withdrawal, will take place over a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of order I desisted.
